Know what’s being decided. Share what matters to you. See how your community moves forward. Iris is designed to make HOA governance clearer and more welcoming for everyone who calls the community home.
Residents want simple answers: what is happening, where can I contribute, and what came of the discussion?
When the steps are unclear, even a thoughtful decision can leave people second-guessing how it was reached.
Iris focus
Make the question, context, and next step easier to see.
Hard choices can become personal when neighbors don’t understand what was considered or how to contribute.
Iris focus
Give participation a clearer, more respectful place in the process.
Board service already takes time. Rebuilding context across email threads can drain energy from the work itself.
Iris focus
Keep decision steps and follow-through easier to revisit.
A happy, productive community doesn’t happen because everyone agrees on everything. It grows when people understand the process, feel respected in it, and can see progress on the things they share.
01 Stay in the know ↘
Follow the question and the context without having
to piece together scattered updates.
02 Take part with purpose ↘
Understand what kind of input is useful and when your
perspective can be shared.
03 See progress take shape ↘
Keep the discussion connected to the decision and the
next steps for the community.
Not every HOA decision is a vote. A clear process helps residents understand where participation belongs and how the board reaches a decision.

Iris is being shaped around a simple idea: residents deserve to understand how community decisions move forward, and boards deserve a process that is clear enough to explain.
That shared understanding makes room for disagreement without losing sight of the place everyone shares.
Stay curious. Share your perspective. Help make the way forward clearer for everyone.
