MEET IRIS
Good governance should feel like a shared path forward.
Good governance should feel like a shared path forward.
Aequitas Nexus is building Iris to help HOA communities make their decision-making easier to understand and easier to take part in.
That means giving boards, homeowners, and community managers a clearer way to share context, hear one another, and see what happens next. Iris is a guide through the process—not another layer of red tape.

THE IRIS APPROACH
From concern to shared understanding.
From concern to shared understanding.
Good decisions start with a process people can see themselves in. Iris is shaped around three simple principles.
01 Make the context clear ↘
Help people understand the question, the background, and what is being considered.
02 Make room for voices ↘
Create a respectful path for people to share perspectives and be heard.
03 Make the next step visible ↘
Keep decisions and follow-through easier for the community to understand.
TRUST GROWS IN THE OPEN
Transparency is more than publishing a document.
Transparency is more than publishing a document.
It is being able to follow how a question was raised, how people contributed, and where the community goes from here.
✳ Understand the process
Know what stage a community decision is in and what comes next.
✳ See the shared record
Make important decisions easier to review and understand over time.
✳ Keep participation respectful
Make room for different perspectives while keeping the community moving forward.
